摘要
加强县级领导执政能力建设,具有时代的紧迫性和重大意义;改革开放和党的十三届四中全会以来,县级领导执政能力建设取得了较大的成就,积累了宝贵的历史经验,但面对新形势新任务新要求,仍存在一些不相适应的方面,需要不断提升县级领导干部的执政能力。
It is of great significance and urgency of the times for the officials of the CPC at county-level to strengthen the governing capability.Since the reform and opening up and the Fourth Plenary Session of the13th Central Committee of the CPC,great achievements have been made in the governing capability of the officials of the CPC at county-level and much experience has been accumulated.But faced with the new task and requirement,there still exist some inadaptabilities,which need improvemeut.
