摘要
用流式细胞术分析了加味玉屏风散对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖周期中各时相分布及细胞增殖指数的影响,结果表明,本方具有促进淋巴细胞DNA合成,加快分裂增殖,延缓细胞衰老及增强免疫功能效应。
The effects of Jiawei Yupingfeng San on distribution of cell cycle phase of lymphocyte and proliferative indexes of mouse spleen were studied with flow cytometry. The results suggested that Jiawei Yupingfeng San could prompt DNA synthesis and proliferation of lymphocyte, postpone cell senility and enhance immunity.
