摘要
利用有机硅对聚芳基多炔进行改性研究,以卤代硅烷与芳基乙炔为原料,通过有机镁格氏试剂与卤代硅烷的缩合反应,合成了新颖结构的芳基多炔树脂;通过改变反应原料的配比,得到了不同相对分子质量的树脂。利用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、凝胶色谱对树脂进行表征,利用差示扫描量热和热失重分析对树脂进行热性能测试。研究表明,所合成的树脂具有良好的加工性能与优良的耐热性能。
A novel kind of resins, phenyl acetylene terminated poly(dimethy silylene ethynylene phenylene ethynylene)s, were prepared by condensation of dimethyldichlorosilane and organic magnesium Grignard reagents. Relative molecular mass and viscosity of these resins correlated to amount of phenyl acetylene used as anending reagent. A variety of resins with different relative molecular mass were obtained by the addition of different phenyl acetylene(PA)/diethynylbenzene(DEB) mole ratio. The obtained resins were soluble in most common solvents.The resins were characterized by means of FTIR,1H NMR,GPC,DSC,and TGA.The resins were cured with low exothermal heat. The cured resins decomposed at temperature of higher than 460 ℃and the decomposition of residue was higher than 80 % at 800 ℃ , which indicated that the resins were high in heat resistance.
