伊达比星与肿瘤细胞凋亡 被引量：3

摘要 伊达比星是柔红霉素的一个 4 -去甲氧基 -蒽环霉素类似物 ,它的细胞毒性强于柔红霉素和阿霉素 ,在临床上具有广泛的应用前景。临床上 ,伊达比星被单独或与其它化疗药物结合用于治疗急性白血病、晚期乳腺癌、多发性骨髓瘤、非何杰金氏淋巴瘤和骨髓增生异常综合征。伊达比星能够诱导许多肿瘤细胞凋亡 ,它引起的肿瘤细胞凋亡具有细胞周期特异性 ,外源性制剂可通过调节细胞周期调节其引起的凋亡。
