摘要
危险废物的危害十分严重,其信息化管理研究得到了广泛关注.本文设计开发了适应我国危险废物管理工作的信息系统.根据我国现行的危险废物管理工作流程,进行危险废物管理系统的设计,包括字典模块、申报登记、转移联单、汇总统计、地图管理5个功能模块.系统开发采用VB语言结合WebGIS软件MapGuide进行集成开发,系统数据库采用Access数据库,对MapGuide平台的工作模式、系统数据库的结构设计、系统流程进行了分析说明.本系统开发完成以后应用于青岛市固体废物管理中心的危险废物管理工作,取得了很好的应用效果.该系统可为危险废物信息化管理工作提供参考,系统的设计方法和结构框架对其他环境信息系统开发与设计具有借鉴意义.
Because of risk of hazardous waste,the research on computerized management of hazardous waste has been gained comprehensive attention.A hazardous waste management system should be designed and developed.According to the current working processes of hazardous waste management,the system includes five functional modules:hazardous waste dictionary,registation,transfer,statistics and map presentation.The software was developed based of Visual Basic programming language,integrated with a WebGIS platformMapGuide.The system,the database structure and the procedure are presented in this paper.This system was applied in Qingdao for solid waste management.Result indicated that the development of this system could serve as a guide for the hazardous waste management.In addition,the designing method and software framework of the system are helpful for other environmental management information system.
