摘要
通过对聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、异氰酸酯、阻燃剂和催化剂等原材料的多次试验筛选 ,制备了一种新型航空用阻燃硬质聚氨酯 (RPUR)泡沫塑料 ,对其制备工艺的主要影响因素如过量填充、温度等进行了探讨。结果表明 ,所制备的阻燃RPUR泡沫塑料具有优良的阻燃性、绝热保温性能和力学性能 ,其密度为 0 .2 8g/cm3 ,邵氏硬度A为 85 ,压缩强度为 7.2MPa ,拉伸强度为 6 .9MPa,导热系数为 0 .0 3W/(m·K) ,氧指数为 32 % ,已在航空领域得到应用。
By selection tests of polyether polyol, polyester polyol, isocyanic ester flame retardant and catalyser, a new kind of rigid polyurethane foam of flame retardance for aviation was developed. And the effect of some major factors such as overage filler level, temperature in the RIM process of the foam was discussed. The results showed that the rigid polyurethane foam had good flame retardance, insulation and heat preservation properties and mechanical properties, whose density was about 0.28 g/cm 3, Shore A hardness was 85, compressive strength was about 7.2 MPa, tensile strength was 6.9 MPa, thermal conductivity was 0.03 W/(m·K) and oxygen index was 32%. The foam was expected to be used widely in aviation filed in the future.
