摘要
简单介绍了镍磷化学镀的特性、影响因素、工艺流程、工艺参数以及工艺原理,采用Ni P镀层及Ni Fe P镀层在油气田防腐过程中的应用,说明镍磷镀层的防腐机理及作用。结果表明,镍磷化学镀层具有优良的抗CO2及应力腐蚀能力。
The characteristics, factors, process, parameters and principles of electroless Ni-P plating are introduced simply. The results show that electroless Ni-P deposits have good anti-CO_2 and stress corrosion performance.
