摘要
较系统地研究了 PET 切片的固相缩聚工艺、高粘度切片的熔融纺丝以及拉伸卷绕工艺.研究结果表明:采用国内 TPA 法生产的 PET 大有光切片,选择合理的固相缩聚工艺,可满足高强聚酯长丝的生产需要;在切片固相缩聚过程中,对粘度增长贡献的大小依次为:真空度>温度>时间;无油丝粘度在0.92dL/g 左右,聚酯纤维可获得优良的物理机械性能和良好的热稳定性.
The solid-state polycondensation process of PET chips,the spinning technology of high viscosity chipsand the draw-winding technology were systematically studied.The results were shown that the high tenaci-ty PET filament could be produced by choicing proper polycondensation process and using local PET brightchips by TPA way.In the solid-state polycondensation process of PET chips,the contribution to chips vis-cosity increasement was in following order:vacuum,temperature and time.When the viscosity of oil-freeyarn was about 0.92dL/g,the obtained PET filament might have excellent physical properties and good heatstability.
