摘要
用X射线荧光分析法(XRF)测定了1023例孕妇发中的Ca以及9种微量元素含量,与270例对照组相比,孕妇发中Sr、Mn、Ca含量显著降低(p<0.01),Zn、Cu、Fe含量也有不同程度的降低,特别是在妊娠晚期。
The contents of Ca, Sr, Pb, Zn, Cu, Ni, Fe, Mn, Cr and Ti in hair of 1023 pregnant women have been determined by using 238Pu source activated X- ray fluorescence analysis. It was found that the contents of Sr, Mn and Ca in hair of pregnant women decreased significantly in comparison with the control (p<0.01). The contents of Zn, Cu and Fe also reduced to various degree, especially for the late pregnancy.
