摘要
利用吸收和溶解的原理 ,开发设计出湿式筛板除尘器 ,并应用于化工生产中的除尘。应用结果表明 :该设备集气液传质于一体 ,设计科学合理 ,结构简单实用 ,且操作简单 ,解决了传统填料塔易堵塞、效率低、空塔接触时间短的难题 ,有效地回收了细粒产品 ,环境效益和经济效益显著。
Based on the theories of absorption and dissolution,a wet dust catcher with sieve plates has been developed and used in removing dust in chemical production.It is characterized by combining mass transfer of gas and liquid in one tower,reasonable design,simple structure and easy operation,overcoming easy jam,low efficiency and short empty tower contact time of traditional filled tower.It can efficiently recover fine product granules and has good environmental and economic benefits.
