摘要
利用Pro/E软件的参数化建模功能 ,按圆弧齿轮的法面齿廓曲线 ,经过系列坐标变换 ,实现了圆弧齿轮的三维精确造型。通过对模型加载Ansys6 .0有限元分析 ,得出了圆弧圆柱齿轮有限元分析结果 ,并利用该方法校核了一圆弧圆柱齿轮设计的合理性。
A method for establishing the precise 3 dimension models of wildhaber-Novikon gear by the parameter modeling function of Pvo/E was presented in this paper. Firstly, the tooth profiles on the normal plane drawn and shift it to the transverse plane,second,it was stretched to the following helix. Subsequently,the model is imported into Ansys 6.0 environment and analyzed it's stress contour is analysed. This method is used to check the design of one kind of W-N gear.
