摘要
在项目风险管理和失效模式及影响分析的基础上,把FMEA(失效模式与影响分析)应用到项目风险管理上,并取得了很好的成效。通过分析产品FMEA风险评价技术,依照项目管理的特点和要求,得出项目风险管理FMEA的风险评价方法,构建出项目风险管理FMEA的模式。并通过在HT大厦建设项目管理中的实际应用,得出将FMEA应用于项目风险管理中可有效地达到事前预防的目的,并能降低项目风险,提高项目成功率。
Through the analysis of Project Risk Management and FMEA, and on the base of the former research, this thesis brings forward applying FMEA to Project Risk Management.It gets excellent results. Through the analysis of risk estimation technology for product FMEA, according to the characteristics and requirements of Project Management, this thesis educes Risk Estimation method of Project Risk Management FMEA, and forms the mode of Project Risk Management FMEA. Also, through the application in HT mansion construction, it is proved that applying FMEA to Project Risk Management can prevent the risks effectively in advance, decrease project risks, and increase the success rate of the project.
