摘要
冷冻—转轮相结合的除湿方法是一种可靠、适用范围广的除湿技术。本文通过对工程的故障分析、计算,找出问题存在的原因,并且提出了多个解决方案,通过各方案的综合比较,根据甲方机房所具有的条件,重点处理新风,最后选择了冷冻-转轮相结合除湿的方法,新风先经过新风机组,然后再经过转轮除湿机,将新风含湿量降至工艺要求的含湿量,并配置合理的控制系统,通过改造,相对湿度达到了工艺要求的湿度控制范围,取得了良好的效果。
It is a reliable and useful technique to unite the refrigeration dehumidification and rotary-wheel dehumidifier. This paper introduced the its application by a natural engineering. Through analyzing the problems in the engineering, it introduced four solutions. Based on the condition that the investor provided, the fresh air and several reform schemes were suggested. Also, we make a comparing among them, and gain a economical and reasonable scheme finally.
