基于质量屋的质量功能配置优化模型

Optimization Model of QFD Based on House of Quality

摘要  质量功能配置的核心是质量屋的构建.本文分析了质量屋的决策过程和已有规划的缺陷,应用因子分析法正交化工程特性自相关矩阵,建立了优化模型. The core of QFD is the building of House of Quality. In this paper, the decision process of HoQ and the defect of programming given are analyzed. The optimization model is established with the principle factor on the correlation matrix.
