摘要
本文从航空发动机叶片、涡轮盘、火焰筒修复工作的技术经济意义出发,提出了“修复与强化技术系统工程”的概念。论述了该系统工程的必要性和重要性,介绍了以焊接技术为主及其相配套的一系列前置与后置处理技术组成的基本方法。
From the technical and economic points of view of repairing blades, turbine disks and flame tubes of aeroengine, the ' systems engineering concept' of repairing and strengthening technologies is put forward in this paper. The necessity and importance of the systems engineering are described and the basic method to combine welding technology with a series of preprocessing and postprocessing technologies is introduced.
