摘要
以luminol-H2O2发光体系为例研究了CTAB(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)、吐温-80、曲拉通X-100四种表面活性剂形成的逆胶束各种条件,考查了逆胶束中表面活性剂的含量、水的含量、pH值、温度、溶剂比、载流等因素对化学发光强度的影响。
In this paper, three new reversed micelles of CTAB (hexadecyltrime th ylammonium bromide), Tween-80, Triton-X100 are studied in luminol-H2O2 chemil uminescence system. The ratio of chloroform to cyclohexane, R (water/surfactant) value, the concentration of Luminol in reversed micelle, pH value, temperature, carrying reagent are investigated in detail in order to find the optimal condit ions of the reversed micelles.
