流延成型法制备三氧化二铝陶瓷膜基体 (Ⅰ)浆体的制备和流延成型 被引量:1

A Study on Processing of Alumina Ceramic Membrane Substrate by Tape Casting (Ⅰ) Suspension Preparation and Tape Casting

摘要 采用水基浆体流延成型法制备陶瓷膜基体。讨论了分散剂、乳胶液粘结剂、塑化剂对三氧化二铝浆体流动性、韧性和机械强度的影响。实验结果表明 :不加乳液粘结剂 ,分散剂质量分数 0 1 %时 ,浆体的流动性较好 ;采用醋丙和苯丙乳液作粘结剂 ,分散剂质量分数 0 3 %时 ,浆体的流动性好 ,粘度较低 ,适合流延成型 ;用醋叔乳液作粘结剂 ,分散剂质量分数 0 7%时 ,浆体的流动性最好 ,但浆体粘度较高 ;用苯丙乳液粘结剂和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯塑化剂并用 (塑化剂质量分数 1 % ) ,得到的生坯具有较好的塑性、韧性和机械强度。 The preparation method of ceramic membrane substrate by tape casting technique using aqueous slurries containing latex binder was studied. The effects of the dispersant, latex binder and plasticizer on the viscosities of the slurries and mechanical properties of green tapes were discussed. The results showed that the concentration of dispersant required achieving a minimum of viscosity for the slurry containing no latex binder was 0.1 wt%. When the slurries containing vinyl/acrylic and acrylic/styrene latexes, the optimal dispersant concentration was 0.3% and the prepared slurries had a relatively low viscosity for casting. However. The lowest viscosity occurred at a dispersant concentration of 0.7% for the slurry containing vinyl acetate/acrylic latex. In this case, the slurry had a relatively high viscosity. The green tapes prepared with the acrylic/styrene latex binder and dibutyl-o-phthalate plasticizer could yield a better mechanical strength and strain-to-failure.
