摘要
惯性平台台体的动态特性直接决定着惯性仪表的工作精度和可靠性,模态分析是研究机械系统动态特性的主要方法之一。在概述了实验模态分析理论的基础上,建立了某型号平台台体结构的实验模型,对其进行了实验模态分析。通过对实验结果与有限元计算结果比较,验证了有限元结果较为准确;同时针对结构存在的问题,通过灵敏度分析对结构的动力修改提出了改进意见。
The accuracy and reliabilities of inertial instrument is influenced directly by the dynamic properties of inertial platform. Modal analysis is one of the main methods to investigate the dynamic behaviors of mechanical system. This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of experimental modal analysis, and set up a test model for an inertial platform structure. Its modal test analysis is performed. Compared with the test result, it is proved that the finite-element calculation is accurate. Aiming at potential problems, the structure dynamic modification is made by means of sensitivity analysis.
