摘要
提出一种基于TMS320LF2407和以太网的结构安全监测及远程数据采集系统,分析了系统的整体方案,对系统硬件设计进行了详尽的介绍,并就A/D转换及网络通信软件设计时应注意的关键问题进行了探讨,本系统解决了数据采集卡与以太网接口并进行远程数据传送问题,通过在Labview平台下对数据进行实时显示、查询、分析等功能,有利于寻找大型结构振动-安全规律,为测控系统向网络化发展指明了方向。可用于桥梁、大坝等大型结构的健康监测。
A kind of structural safety monitoring and remote data acquisition system based on TMS320LF2407 and Ethernet is presented in the paper, with the whole scheme of the system being analyzed and hardware design of the system being discussed in detail. The key problem, which should be paid attention to in designing A/D conversion and communication software, is talked about as well. This system solves the problem of interface between data acquisition board and Ethernet and through this system data can be transmitted between data acquisition board and Ethernet. By analyzing the realtime display data or historical data on Labview platform, we can easily find the law of vibration -safety of big structures. It will do good to the development of instruments towards networks. This system can be used to monitor the safety state of big structures which need remote monitoring.
