摘要
用氧乙炔焰在42CrMo母材上喷熔镍基合金,研究喷熔层多冲裂纹萌生与扩展以及磨损性能。结果表明,熔熔层也可提高多冲裂纹的萌生寿命,降低裂纹在喷熔层内的扩展速率,提高多冲抗力。
The crack initiation and propagation behaviour of multicolliding cracks of nickel base self-fusion alloy spraying layer and its wear resistance are studied. The layer is sprayed by oxyacetylene flame on 42CrMo base metal. The experimental results prove that the spraying layer can increase initiation life of multi-colliding cracks, decrease crack propagation rate within the layer and enhance resistance to colliding effect.
