摘要
目的 了解氧净 (OxyplatesTM)厌氧菌培养法对厌氧菌的分离情况。 方法 比较氧净 (OxyplatesTM)厌氧菌培养法和厌氧袋培养法分离检测正常人群肠道中的厌氧菌。 结果 氧净 (OxyplatesTM)厌氧菌培养法分离到厌氧菌2 62株 ,厌氧袋培养法分离到厌氧菌 2 60株 ,两种方法比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 氧净 (OxyplatesTM)厌氧菌培养法能较好地分离出厌氧菌 ,易于实验室使用和保存 。
Objective To understand the results of the Oxyplate TM for isolating anaerobic bacteria. Methods Oxyplate TM was compared with anaerobicbag for their isolating rate from entero-anerobic bacteria of healthy people. Results 262 strains were isolated by Oxyplate TM while 260 strains were isolated by anaerobicbag. There is no significant difference between two incubation methods(P>0.05). Conclusion Oxyplate TM was effective in isolating anaerobic bacteria and easy to be stored and applying in laboratory. Thus, Oxyplate TM was useful for isolating anaerobic bacteria in many clinical laboratories.
