摘要
报道了 1 2例先天性心脏病并发感染性心内膜炎患者的诊断和治疗经验。 1 ` 2例术前发现赘生物 7例 ,检出率 64%。 5例在感染控制后手术 ,7例在感染初步控制后手术。所有患者均在清除感染灶之后 ,纠治先天性心脏病及瓣膜病变。室间隔缺损直接缝合 1例 ,补片修补 5例 ,动脉导管未闭采用直视缝合法 ,同期行三尖瓣成形术 3例 ,主动脉瓣和二尖瓣置换 1例。 1 2例均康复出院 ,无手术死亡。
To review the experience of infective endocarditis associated with congenital heart diseases in 12 patients of our hospital. Open heart surgical was performed to clean the endocardial vegetation and correct the abnormality simultaneously in 12 patients who had CHD and IE. The surgical results were satisfactory.There were no operative death.
