摘要
最近十多年来，通信对抗得到了突飞猛进的发展，实现了三次重大的技术飞跃，取得引人注目的成就，呈现出蒸蒸日上、不断迈向高峰的发展局面。然而，通信对抗的发展却受到许多“瓶颈”的束缚，如果不能解脱这些束缚，通信对抗的发展就会受到严重阻碍。文章同时提出了突破“瓶颈”所面临的技术挑战，并就如何实现通信对抗的可持续发展进行了思考，提出了建议。
With the rapid development of communication electronic warfare (CEW) in the last one or two decades, it has made three greater leaps in the technology and taken on a flourishing prospect in the field. Howev- er, there occur a variety of bottlenecks in the communication electronic warfare field, thereby preventing it from getting a rapid development.Upon facing new operational requirements for revolution in military affairs (RMA), we are uneasy about the development of communication electronic warfare in future. New challenges on the communication electronic warfare technology are proposed while the bottlenecks currently occurring in commu- nication electronic warfare field are pointed out in the paper. In addition, a way how to get a sustained develop- ment of communication electronic warfare is recommended in the paper.
