摘要
目的:建立中华苦荬菜中木犀草素含量的测定方法。方法盐析法消除植物多酚的干扰;反相高效液相色谱法测定:C18为固定相;甲醇-水-醋酸(52:47.6:0.4 v/v;pH=4.0)为流动相;检测波长254nm;柱温25 C。结果:木犀草素与其它物质得到了基线分离。结论:该方法为天然植物中木犀草素的开发提供了简便、灵敏、准确的测定方法。
Purpose The aim is to develop a new method for determination of luteolin in Ixeris sonchifolia. Methods The disturbance of vegetable'multiphenol was eliminated by saltation. A high performance liquid chromatography was established by using C18 as stationary phase and methanol -water -acetic acid(52 : 47. 6 : 0. 4 v/v;pH = 4. 0) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and'column temperature was 25 C. Results Luteolin was separated from Ixeris sonchifolia .Conclusion The simple, sensitive and accurate method was set up for the development of luteolin in natural plants.
