摘要
分析了利用 B/ S模式进行高校科研项目申报评审系统设计的优越性 ,讨论了基于该模式下的高校科研项目申报评审系统的设计方案和系统特点。
This paper has Analyzed superior of designing for evaluation system of science research programs in institutions of higher learning on B/S mode,discussed designing project and characteristics of the system for evaluation system of science research programs in institutions of higher learning on this mode.
