花样游泳运动员的进队选材是至关重要的,进入专业队之前必须通过身体形态、身体素质、专项技术和心理素质的测验与评定。进队选材要遵循科学选材和经验选材相结合的原则。
It's very important to select of the talents well in synchronized swimming. The athletes must pass the judgment on body condition, disposition, specialized technical training and psychological traits before they become a professional athlete. The selection must follow the scientific way and stress experience in principle.
