摘要
培养大批竞技体育后备人才是竞技体育能否健康、持续发展的关键。江苏省少年业余体校25年来的实践说明它在培养竞技体育后备人才方面具有投资效益好,成材率高的特点,是符合竞技体育发展规律和要求的,应该统一认识,进一步办好省少年业余体校。本文在分析研究的基础上提出6条具体建议。
The cultivation of mass reserve plays a key role in athletic sports' continuous development .A good investment benefit and a high growth rate in the cultivation of athletic sports reserve can be showed in the practice of Jiangsu juvenile Extracurricular Sports School over the past 25 years .To facilitate Jiangsu Extracurricular Sports School,a common understanding should be reached. This study is designed to bring forward six material suggestions based on analysis.
