摘要 对30CrnMolV转子钢做了高温时效试验,借助金相显微镜、扫描电镜对30Cr1Mo1转子钢长期时效过程中的组织性能演变规律进行研究,采用常温拉伸试验对时效试样的力学性能进行研究。比较结果表明,30Cr1Mo1V长期时效过程的硬度变化呈现快速-缓慢-快速变化3阶段变化规律,时效引起常温强度极限和屈服极限明显降低,而延伸率变化略有增大,相对30Cr2MoV,30Cr1Mo1V具有更好的回火稳定性。 The high-temperature aging experiment of 30CrlMolV steel was carried out at 660℃. The effect of prolonged aging on the structures and properties of this material was investigated by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The mechanics properties were studied through tensile experiment at room temperature. The comparison results showed that the hardness under went a fast-show-fast change as the aging time increased, the strength limit and the yield strength decreased rapidly whereas the elongation rate increased a little. And 30CrlMolV was more stable than 30Cr2MoV in the long-term aging process.
