二氧化硅镀膜的特性研究及其对内皮细胞活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了沉积在玻璃基体上二氧化硅薄膜表面改性对内皮细胞生长的影响。二氧化硅薄膜的制备采用了离子束辅助沉积法,薄膜的厚度为2000 左右,薄膜成分利用X射线光电子谱仪进行分析,分析结果表明薄膜成分为纯二氧化硅。在二氧化硅薄膜上进行牛主动脉内皮细胞培养,观察细胞突起生长情况,并用MTT方法检验细胞活力。结果发现对照组细胞突起生长明显,而在二氧化硅薄膜作用下,样品组细胞突起生长不那么明显,OD值由0 574下降到了0 465(p<0 001),说明氧化硅薄膜对内皮细胞生长有明显的抑制作用。 In the paper are discussed the ingredients and thickness of the silica dioxide film,which is deposited on glass matrix,as well as the effect that its superficial modification has on the endothelial cell's growing.We take an auxiliary sedimentary way of ion beam to prepare the film of silica dioxide film.Its thickness is about 2 000 A.The ingredients of the films are analyzed by X-ray photo electro spectroscopy.Analysis result shows that the ingredient of the film is pure silica dioxide.The endothelial cells of cow's main artery are cultured on the film.The outgrowth of cells is observed,and the viability of cells is investigated with the method of MTT.Compared with the control group,it is found that cells cultured on the film have no significant outgrowth.And the value of OD number descends from 0.574 to 0.465(P<0.001),which suggests that the silica dioxide film inhibits the growth of endothelial cells.
