摘要
应用系统工程观点 ,对城市生活垃圾转运站在选址、建设规模、工艺装备、消除污染措施、运行费用及建设机制等问题进行分析 ,提出转运站的建设要综合考虑各方面的因素 ,制定科学的实施计划 ,引入市场竞赛机制 。
Site selecting,construction scale,processing equipment,pollution control,operation cost and construction mechanism of municipal domestic waste transfer station were analyzed using view of system engineering.Comprehensive considering factors of all respects,making scientific implement plan and introducing market competing mechanism were subjected to construction transfer station and bring into full play of transfer station's function.
