摘要
通过分析漳州市国有林场生态公益林的资源现状、经营管理水平,以及存在投入资金不足、经营管理粗放、防护功能不强等问题,提出加强生态公益林建设的若干对策措施,以期提高建设水平,增强生态林的防护功能。
Through analysing state-owned forest farm resource current situation and management level of ecological public welfare forest in ZhangZhou city,lack of invest funds,extensive management,weak of shelter function,and so on,several countermeasures of enhacing ecological public welfare forest construction were put forward,in order to improve construction level and enhace the shelter function of ecologic forest.
