摘要
通过对县级配网自动化系统中的结构设计、应完成的功能要求;易采用的系统通信结构模式和系统软件及网络要求等几方面的问题探讨了在县级配网自动化系统的实现及应用上应具备的基本要求。
With some aspects of studying on structure design,function demands should be achieved,easy-adopting construction model in the system communication,system software and net needs,It discussed the automatic system implementing in county-level net distribution and some fundamental requirements in its application.
