摘要 本文主要采用室内生物测定的方法,通过对小麦生理指标——株高的测定,研究了除草剂安全剂 3-二氯乙酰基-2,5-二甲基-2-乙基-1,3-噁唑烷保护小麦免受除草剂丁草胺在不同浓度时的伤害。结果表明:当安全剂与丁草胺按一定浓度配比混合,对小麦有较好的保护效果,保护率可达 60%~170%。 The research on determining the influence of the herbicide safener 3-dichloroacetyl-2,5-dimet- hyl-2-ethyl-1,3-oxazolidine on wheat by a room bioassay. Under a definitely herbicide butachlor concentrations, herbicide safener concentrations correlated with the height of wheat seedlings. The safener has a definitely biological activity, and could protect wheat from herbicide butachlor of different concentrations injury. The protected rates of the safener to wheat from butachlor injury were 60%~ 170%.
