摘要信息、知识作为 2 1世纪人类社会的重要资源 ,在社会发展的各个领域中具有不可替代的作用。人类的管理活动离不开信息、知识的作用 ,信息需要管理才能显示其价值。随着信息渗透活动的加强 ,信息管理的价值更加显著。
