摘要
分析了目前在进行主要通风机鉴定时 ,调节工况点所存在的问题。以流体力学中伯努利方程和局部阻力实验数据及公式为基础 ,结合主要通风机现场布置特点 ,推导出了在矿井停产时调节立闸门高度的计算公式及在矿井不停产时调节反风口处挡风宽度的计算公式 ,论述了快速调节工况点的方法原理。经现场实测 ,证明该方法可实现对主要通风机性能的快速、准确、安全鉴定。
In this paper,the present problem of the adjustion to the operating point in the authentication of main fan has been analysed.Basaed on the Bernoulli equation and the experimental date and empiric formula of the ventilation part resistance,combining the installing feature of main fan,the calculation formula of the adjustion height of the cutoff gate in idling period and the calculation formula of the adjustion width of the air flow in counter flow entrance in working period have been all ascertained.The methods and principles of the adjution to the operating point quickly have been discussed.By on-the-spot investigation,it has been proved that the methods and the principles can be used to authenticate the function of main fan quickly,exactly and safely.
