摘要
利用近10a的典型旱灾区的气象数据,采用气候图解法,分析了旱情的特点和危害,并提出了防治措施。
According to meteorology data of 10 years at model drought area,this paper made use of weather graphic method and analyzed characteristic of drought disaster and prevention and treatment methods.
