摘要
本文介绍了近年来刑事检察改革的几项内容,分析了其实际效用,并追寻推动这些改革发生的动力以及诸动力作用下可能出现的合力效应。
this paper mentioned the content of recent procurate reform,analyze the practical utility,assay to find the motive power which impels this reform and the effect of resultant of power under this motive power.
