摘要
在具体分析嘉兴学院教师队伍建设现状的基础上 ,提出了搞好教师队伍建设 :应该以师德建设为中心 ,加强和改善教师的思想政治工作 ;实施人才引进和培养工程 ,强化学术梯队建设 ;加大改革力度 ,建立竞争机制、激励机制、考核机制、分配机制、管理机制。
The paper, based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems in the construction of the teaching staff in Jiaxing College, puts forward some measures for its improvement.
