摘要
对间歇萃取精馏分离技术和进展进行了评述 ,主要从萃取精馏的溶剂选择与设计、模拟及优化、操作参数对分离过程影响及萃取精馏塔设备等几个方面 ,介绍了国内外关于间歇萃取精馏新兴分离技术的最新研究动态 。
Batch extractive distillation is a novel technique for separating close boiling and azeotropic liquid mixtures, which is small and variable quantities of materials with high added value. The latest progress in the study on batch extractive distillation is reviewed, particularly about its selection of solvent, different configuration, simulation and optimization, the influence of operating parameters on separation are introduced. The disadvantages and the development direction of batch extractive distillation are also discussed.
