摘要
在日益激烈的竞争环境中,传统的物流方法已经不再适合时代的需求,而在电子商务发展迅速的今天,企业群体纷纷在不同程度上借助电子商务的优势,实现新形势下的电子商务的逆向物流活动,来参与新一轮的商业战争。为此本文以电子商务的逆向物流特点及其形成原因出发;然后对EC逆向物流分类以及对其处理方式、面临困难、系统作用、商品实例等方面分析;最后系统地探讨EC下的物流逆向化管理对策。
In the fierce competitive environment, the traditional logistics method has already been no longer suitable for the current demands, but nowadays e-commerce being developed fast, enterprises turn to e-commerce, in varying degrees, to realize the reverse logistics activities for participating in a new round of commercial war. Thus, this paper firstly presents the characteristics of the reverse logistics under e-commerce and its reasons;then analyses EC reverse logistics' classification, facing difficulties, systematic function and goods instances as well. Finally the management countermeasures of the reverse logistics under EC are put forward.
