摘要
以丙酸和碱式碳酸锌为原料,制备了食品及饲料添加剂丙酸锌。通过正交实验获得的最佳工艺条件是:n(丙酸)∶n(碱式碳酸锌)=1.00∶0.31,反应温度80°C,反应时间2h,水的用量为丙酸质量的6倍。丙酸锌产率可达94.3%。经检测其各项技术指标符合类似产品食品级标准要求。
The synthetic conditions of zinc propionate with propionic acid and basic zinc carbonate as raw materials were studied. The optimum reaction conditions obtained by orthogonal experiments were: molar ratio of propionic acid to basic zinc carbonate 1.00∶0.31; reaction temperature 80°C; reaction time, 2 h; and the quantity of water, 6 times of that of propionic acid. Under the above conditions, the yield of zinc propionate could reach 94.3% and the product quality was in accordance with the demands for food industry.
