摘要
使用磁流体密封润滑油,前提是要保证磁流体和被密封的润滑油不相溶.本文采用化学共沉淀法获得了Fe3O4纳米磁性颗粒,通过相溶性实验选取了合适的表面活性剂和载液,制备合成了与润滑油完全不相溶的磁流体.实际的密封试验表明,所制备的磁流体性能优良稳定,能够满足旋转轴密封润滑油的使用要求.
In this paper, Fe3O4 magnetic fluids used for sealing lubricating oil have been prepared by a chemical precipitation reaction. The surfactant and liquid carrier have been properly selected through dissolvability experiments to ensure that the magnetic fluids can't be dissolved by the liquid to be sealed. The results show that the magnetic fluid prepared with surfactant FM-1 and liquid carrier FL-A is suitable for sealing 32# lubricating oil. The performance of this magnetic fluid was measured by actual seal test, which indicated that it has excellent properties and can be applied to seal lubricating oil.
