理化瓷抗热震性能的改进试验

摘要 本试验进行了理化瓷的物相组成调整和制备工艺改进的试验。试验结果发现:通过在原有配料中加入预烧工业氧化铝及预烧滑石,添加少量粒径<10μm的预合成堇青石作为结晶促进剂,经1350℃×6h烧成的理化瓷试样的热膨胀系数α由7.2×10-6/℃减小至4.7×10-6/℃,试样经1200℃~RT气冷5次循环加热冷却后未有可见裂纹。理化瓷抗热震性能的提高,是其α的降低以及复相界面应力导致的取向各异显微裂纹的综合贡献。 Preburning alumina and Talc,and prefab cordierite of amount 5% with particle size<10?滋m as crystallizing accelerant were introduced into primary material composition.Chemical ceramic of high thermal shock resistance was obtained after burning at 1350℃×2h.Test results show that by phase composition alteration and preparation technics improvement of chemical ceramic,thermal expansion coeffcient of chemical ceramic from 7.2×10-6/℃ dropping to 4.7×10-6/℃ ,and have not obvious cracks after five times circulatory heating and cooling processing of 1200℃-RT air.The improvemen of chemical ceramic thermal shock resistance owes to the dropping thermal expand coefficient and the different tropism micro-cracks caused by multiphase interface stress.
