两性絮凝剂QAP的制备及效果实验 被引量:2

摘要 采用半干法合成的季铵化阳离子淀粉,再经磷酸酯化反应得到两性淀粉QAP.测试分析了它对染料废水的脱色效果及对硅藻土悬浊液的去浊效果,并与同类产品进行了比较,另外还探讨了影响QAP脱色及絮凝效果的因素.结果表明:QAP的最佳脱色、去污效果的pH范围分别为3~5和9~11左右.与市售PAC、PFS及立得净相比,除了具有优良的去污效果外,还具有用量少、脱色率高的特点. Quaternized cationic starch was synthesized by semi-dry method and esterified with phosphoric acid to give amphoteric starch QAP. The decoloring effect to dye wastewater and the sediment result to diatomaceous earth suspension were tested and compared with the like products. The factors affecting the decoloring and coagulation results were also studied. The results showed that QAP decolored and coagulated the most effectively in 2 pH ranges: 3~5 and 9~11. Besides the excellent sediment efficiency, QAP is characterized by lower dosage and higher decoloring ratio as compared to the commercial PAC, PFS and Lidejing.
