摘要
分别从医院外部环境和内部管理的角度分析了“五四一”经营管理模式的应用条件并得出了“五四一”经营管理模式的应用范围。最后，文章就“五四一”经营管理模式可能会遇到的风险及其对策进行了探讨。
After analysis the conditions of “541”operation model in both sides of hospital exterior environment and interior administration,the author concludes the “541” model is fit in with non- profit hospital,but not involves public hospital。
