Several key elements in the extrusion technology of plastics which including the control of screw design of extruder, operation stability, heating temperature, terminal pressure of screw, plastics melt detention period in the die, the detection of the technology parameter, and training for operator are presented. The production cost can be decreased, the product quality can be improved, and the extrusion fixture property can be exerted well when these elements are masted.
