摘要
简要介绍了液化天然气 (LNG)的性质、用途和中原油田天然气液化生产装置的设计、生产规模及主要技术经济指标。并着重针对中原油田高压天然气的特点 ,研究出了液化率高、能耗低的天然气液化工艺技术。该套装置投产使用后 ,工艺方案切实可行 ,生产运行平稳 ,达到了设计要求 ,为国内LNG产业的发展提供了很好的借鉴作用。
This article introduced the property and the applications of the liquefied natural gas, and give summary of the design,production scale and the main technology and economical index of the liquefaction facility used in the Zhongyuan Oilfield. Technical methods are researched for Zhongyuan Oilfield,which had the charateristics of lower energy cost and high liquefaction efficiency. After being operated, the design specifications had been met for the need and the liquefaction facilities run smoothly. It is a good example for the development of domestic liquefied natural gas industry.
