地下连续墙水力成槽新技术的研究

摘要 笔者分析了槽板式地下连续墙成槽常用工法的应用情况及特点,如导板式液压抓斗、多头钻、双轮铣、冲击反循环及水力成槽法等。较详细介绍了SV型水力成槽机的结构设计方案,如结构组成、设计依据及技术参数、适用范围等,并提出了水力成槽施工的注意事项。 First of all, the applying situation and characteristic of the familiar excavating technology about diaphragm wall are analysed in this paper, such as the hydraulic diaphragm wall grab, drilling with long position, rock cutter wheels with roller bits, reverse circulation instroking ,as well as the way of excavated slot by hydraulic power. Secondly,the design project of mechanism about SV mode hydraulic machine is introduced,for instance, the mechanism constitute, design foundation, technique parameter and the applying range. Moreover,the regard points of excavating slot by the hydraulic machine are advanced.
