摘要
应用静电学及电介质的极化理论方法 ,探讨电收尘器中粉尘粒子的电极化机理 ,建立了极化粉尘粒子的电势能、旋转力矩和感应力与电场的关系。电收尘器中粉尘粒子极化的宏观效应等效于一个偶极子。极化粒子所受的旋转力矩使粒子沿着电场方向排列 ,感应力的方向指向电场增大的方向。感应力是场强的不均匀性所引起 ,场强的不均匀程度由场强分量的梯度决定。粉尘粒子的偶极效应使粒子凝结成具有链式结构的粉尘集合体。
By means of the theory of electrostatics and the dielectric polarization theory and method, the polarization mechanism of the dust particles in electrostatic precipitator (ESP) was investigated and the relationship of the electrostatic energy, revolving moment and induction force to the electric field was derived.The polarization macroeffect of the polarized dust particles in ESP is equvalent to a dipole. The revolving moment exerted on the polarized particles makes them line along the electric field and the induction force points towards the direction in which the electric field intensifies. The induction force is yielded by the non-uniformity of the field intensity which depends on the gradient of field components. The dipole effect of the plarized dust particles makes the particles form a dust collective that has chain structure.
