早期康复对脊髓不完全性损伤患者肢体感觉及肌力恢复的影响 被引量:9

Effect of early rehabilitation therapy on the rehabilitation of limb sensation and muscle strength in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury

摘要 目的:不完全脊髓损伤常伴有一定程度脊髓功能恢复,对比观察早期康复对脊髓不完全性损伤患者肢体感觉、肌力的影响。方法:将65例脊髓不完全性损伤患者随机分为两组,常规组31例为药物和手术治疗,康复组34例为药物手术加早期康复,根据脊髓损伤神经功能评分标准,评定脊髓损伤程度和疗效。结果:治疗1,2周后两组患者感觉、运动改善率比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);3,4周后康复组患者感觉改善率分别为(18.94±5.08)%,(23.64±5.95)%,运动改善率分别为(14.25±4.02)%,(13.79±4.06)%,两组比较康复组感觉、运动改善率高于常规组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:脊髓不完全性损伤早期综合治疗有利于脊髓功能恢复,早期康复介入能缩短恢复周期。 AIM:The incomplete spinal cord injury is often accompanied with rehabilitation of spinal cord.The aim of this paper is to observe the effect of early rehabilitation therapy on limb sensation and muscle strength of patients with incomplete spinal cord injury. METHODS:Sixty five patients with incomplete spinal cord injury were randomly divided into two groups: control group and rehabilitation group.Thirty one patients in the control group were treated with medicines and operation.Thirty four patients in the rehabilitation group were treated with medicines,operation and exercises.The degree and effect of spinal cord injury were assayed in terms of standards for neurological functional scores of spinal cord injury. RESULTS:There was no significant difference in the progress rates of sensory and movement after treatment for 1-2 weeks between the two groups(P >0.05).The progress rates of sensation of patients in the rehabilitation group after 3 and 4 weeks were(18.94±5.08)% and(23.64±5.95)% respectively.The progress rates of movement were(14.25±4.02)%and(13.79±4.06)%respectively.The progress rates of sensation and movement in the rehabilitation group were higher than those in the control group and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Early comprehensive therapy is helpful to the function recovery of patients with incomplete spinal cord injury,and early rehabilitation can shorten the recovery time.
